It looks like an offer on the house is coming in tomorrow. The people who came on Saturday loved the house and has even requested that we wait to MLS it until they get their offer in. Praising God right now for His mercies and praying that this would work out. I’m trying hard not to jump for joy and whoop it up because the offer is not yet on the table. But, hopeful!

Ah, but I can!
The first time we were selling we were offered full price the day before showings began with our choice of settlement date and total flexibility for us to rent back for as long as necessary – which was so important to us because it was an intrastate move with a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old and my husband starting the new job two weeks after we listed. The Buyer never saw the inside of the house until the home inspection!
*Love* to tell that story. A good reminder of God’s tender lovingkindness in some of my weakest moments!
